The Western Piedmont Council of Governments seeks bid proposals from agencies capable of providing services to residents age 60+ for fiscal years July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2022 through the Home and Community Care Block Grant.

Service County State/Federal Funds Required Match

In-Home Aide, Level II Alexander $41,779 per year $4,642 per year

Medical Transportation Burke $46,378 per year $5,153 per year

In-Home Aide, Level III Burke $196,200 per year $21,800 per year

In-Home Aide, Level I Caldwell $65,732 per year $7,304 per year

In-Home Aide, Level II Caldwell $103,011 per year $11,446 per year

In-Home Aide, Level III Caldwell $30,985 per year $3,443 per year

In-Home Aide, Level II Catawba $58,500 per year $6,500 per year

In-Home Aide, Level III Catawba $247,500 per year $27,500 per year

A cash or in-kind match is the responsibility of the service agency.

Interested parties are required to attend a bidder’s conference webinar at 10:00 am on April 3, 2020. Reservations for the webinar must be made no later than April 2, 2020.
