INTRODUCTION

It is the intent of this RFP to specify the Western Piedmont Council of Governments (WPCOG) requirements for Janitorial Services for the WPCOG facility located at: 1880 2nd Ave NW, Hickory, NC 28601. The building is approximately 32,000 square feet, consisting of offices, common areas for employees, and meeting rooms used by internal and external groups.
