STEM Trek! 2018 - Save the Date for April 21, 2018

All community members are invited to attend STEM Trek! 2018 at the SALT Block of Hickory (243 3rd Ave NE, Hickory, NC 28601) to learn about STEM Careers across the region. Tables from local STEM businesses, formal and informal educational groups, non-profits, etc. will be providing hands-on experiences for adults and youth. Registration is not necessary to attend.

At this inaugural event, regional stakeholders will host vendor sites to educate the community about STEM careers, especially in the region. Industry, education (formal/informal), government, commercial, etc. are encouraged to register to share their expertise about STEM careers and subject knowledge in engaging ways for all ages.

Each registrant will be assigned a 10' X 10' space and must provide their own tents/chairs/tables, etc for that space. This event is part of the NC Science Festival.
