The Executive Assistant will act as the primary executive assistant for the Executive Director and Assistant Executive Director and serve as Clerk to the Policy Board. Duties will include the preparation and distribution of agendas, preparation of board minutes, and the scheduling and coordination of meetings, and travel. This employee supports Administration by preparing various correspondences, documents, and reports, and will serve as the contract manager for the WPCOG. Serving as the first point of contact for member local governments who want or need information concerning the COG and its activities, this position will either seek the answer or refer to the appropriate staff.
